Status of this site
Marlin6 Translate is in development and has not launched publicly. This site describes a product in development and takes early-access signups. Early access is free. Dates, platforms, and features described may change before release.
Early access
Asking for early access costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and gets you one email when the product ships plus the occasional invitation to test a build. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a reservation. You can leave at any time by emailing privacy@marlin6.com.
Early-access licence
While Marlin6 Translate is in early access the software is free to use. Full distribution and licence terms will be published before public release.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe this site or its endpoints.
- Submit email addresses that are not yours.
Age
Marlin6 Translate is intended for people aged 18 and over. By asking for early access you confirm you are 18 or older.
No warranty, and limits
This site and any early-access build are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Marlin6 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
